Good morning!!

I had the most amazing long weekend!

It's exactly what I needed after a hectic week of back to back deadlines, late nights and early mornings at the office.

I got a chance to let my hair down this weekend and spent time with a few friends I hadn't seen in a while. It becomes so difficult to connect with all of us having schedules that clash a lot of the time.

It was also Tanzy's birthday weekend so the plan was to go buck!

I came across a quote this morning and it rings so true. We're so afraid of loving because we fear getting hurt, but does this mean we will deny ourselves the pleasures of life just in case they turn out not to be so pleasurable after some time?

I have decided to follow happiness and see where it takes me.

If it takes me to a place of hurt, then so be it. I'll be happy knowing that I got a chance to thoroughly experience the joy and fulfilment that happiness brings...

Choose happiness and see what happens, you might just be pleasantly surprised! ;)
